Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your fragrance. Here is everything you need to know about returns and refunds.

Trying Before You Commit

Every order includes a complimentary 2ml sample of the fragrance. We include this so you can try the scent before opening your full-size bottle. We strongly recommend testing the sample first.

Returns

You can return a product within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it meets the following conditions:

• The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

• The full-size bottle has not been opened or sprayed

• You have your order number ready

If the full-size bottle has been opened, it is no longer eligible for return. This is for hygiene reasons and applies to all fragrance products.

Items purchased on sale or as part of a promotion are not eligible for return.

How to Return

Contact us through the Contact page on our website. Include your order number and the reason for the return. Once we confirm your return request, send the product back to us. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned product and check that it meets the conditions above, we will process your refund within 7 to 10 business days to your original payment method.

If the product shows signs of use or tampering, we may apply a partial refund.

Original shipping costs are not refundable unless the item was faulty or we sent the wrong product.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund including shipping costs. No questions asked.
